About Me

Rochelle Schwartz MA, LPC, QMHP specializes in adolescent, individual, and couples therapy and maintains a private practice serving clients in Oregon and New Jersey via teletherapy.

With over 11 years experience serving others in community mental health, schools, shelters, and residential facilities, and as a graduate of Pacific University, she is currently a private practitioner of over six years working. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. 

In addition to her education and work experiences, Rochelle has attended multiple trainings, including Gottman's Level 1 Training in couples therapy, Ecotherapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, a two-day training on love, sex, internet, and video game addictions, a training on spirituality and religion in counseling, multiple trainings on substances, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

Rochelle is a compassionate, open, and healing-focused therapist. She strives to create a safe space in order to provide support and practical feedback so that clients may effectively address personal life challenges and emotions. She integrates multiple methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain personal growth.
